DEPOSIT
& CANCELLATION POLICY:
-
A deposit in the amount
of 1/2 the total rental fee (including cleaning fee, extras, and 1% OR
lodging tax) is due
at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. A
credit card can be charged. If paying by check, this deposit must be
received within 10 days of making the booking. Remaining
charges are due at checkout.

If a reservation is made
via our online reservation system, you will receive a notice of
reservation acceptance. Within one business day, your request
will be reviewed. If approved we'll send you a confirmation.
If alterations need to be made we will contact you and work things
out before confirming.

All confirmed
reservations will not be subject to future potential rate increases
to our standard rates. You are guaranteed your rate.

If a reservation is
cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, we will fully refund
your deposit less a $50 administrative fee.
-
If a reservation is
cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, then the deposit is
forfeited.
OTHER
