MINIMUM STAY:

Season: 1 week minimum between June 1st and September 30. Shorter
periods may be available after the summer rental season is set.

Regular
Season: 2 night minimum - except holidays, when reservations for the full
holiday period (usually 3-4 days) are required.
*Regular season holidays
include: New Years,
Memorial Day, Thanksgiving,
& Christmas
DEPOSIT
& CANCELLATION POLICY:
-
A deposit in the amount
of 1/2 the total rental fee (including cleaning and extras) is due
at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation, and must be
received within 10 days of making the booking.

If a reservation is
cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the
full deposit minus 15%.
-
If a reservation is
cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, then the deposit will
only be refunded (less 15%) if the beach house can be re-rented for
the entire time of the original booking.
