Regular Season

(November 1- April 30 excluding holidays*)

WEEKENDS: (Friday & Saturday nights)

• $195 per night up to 4 people
  (minimum stay - 2 nights)
• $ 30 per night for each additional person over 4
  (Children under 2 years of age - no add'l charge)
• $ 15 per night for each dog (maximum $250/stay)
  (2 dogs maximum. No dogs allowed in #4 & #10)
• $ 80 per stay cleaning fee

MIDWEEK: (Sunday through Thursday nights)

• $145 per night up to 4 people
  (minimum stay - 2 nights)
• $ 30 per night for each additional person over 4
  (Children under 2 years of age - no add'l charge)
• $ 15 per night for each dog (maximum $250/stay)
  (2 dogs maximum. No dogs allowed in #4 & #10)
• $ 80 per stay cleaning fee

SENIORS: (Discount during Regular & Shoulder Seasons Only)

• 10% discount on regular season rates!
  (Reservation must be made by and paid for by a guest that is 62 or over)

MINIMUM STAY:

• Regular Season: 2-night minimum stay required, except holidays, which require a 3-night minimum. Shorter stays may be available on request. Please call for availability.

Shoulder Season

(May 1- June 15 excluding Memorial Day)
(The Tuesday after Labor Day - October 31)

• $265 per night up to 4 people

  (2 dogs maximum. No dogs allowed in #4 & #10)
• $ 80 per stay cleaning fee

MINIMUM STAY:

• High Season: 5-night minimum stay required between June 16th and September 15th. Shorter stays may be available after the summer rental season is set. Please call for availability.

*Holidays that are included in High Season rates
and that require longer minimum stays include:
New Years, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A deposit in the amount of 1/2 the total rental fee (including cleaning fee, extras, and 1% OR lodging tax) is due at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. A credit card can be charged. If paying by check, this deposit must be received within 10 days of making the booking. Remaining charges are due at checkout.

• If a reservation is made via our online reservation system, you will receive a notice of reservation acceptance. Within one business day, your request will be reviewed. If approved we'll send you a confirmation. If alterations need to be made we will contact you and work things out before confirming.

• All confirmed reservations will not be subject to future potential rate increases to our standard rates. You are guaranteed your rate.

• If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, we will fully refund your deposit less a $50 administrative fee.

• If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, then the deposit is forfeited.

 
OTHER INFORMATION:

• A confirmation of your reservation will be mailed or emailed to you.
• All rates and fees subject to 1% Oregon State lodging tax.
• All rates and fees subject to change without notice.
• Visa & M/C accepted.
• Guests may be billed for any damages requiring repair.
